Which billing cycle should I pick?

Can I change the operating system later?
Yes. The console supports OS reinstall: pick a new image and the system disk is rebuilt automatically. Data disks are preserved through reinstalls.
How do I log in to my server?
Manage SSH public keys in the org-level key pool and select them at creation time. If SSH is ever unavailable, the in-browser VNC console gives you emergency access.

How is public traffic billed?
