Make cloud
a little more predictable.
We believe great infrastructure should be like electricity—you shouldn't have to think about it every day. DGN is a Hong Kong company that started in offline IDC—racking, powering, and operating physical servers. Those years in the data center taught us what reliable infrastructure really takes, and we brought that hard-won experience to the cloud.
Infrastructure should be
quietly reliable.
DGN started in Hong Kong with offline IDC—colocation, bandwidth, and hands-on server operations. Running physical data centers for years taught us, the hard way, what "reliable" actually costs to deliver.
As customer needs moved to the cloud, we did too—carrying that IDC experience into a cloud platform starting from Hong Kong. The metric we care about most hasn't changed: how many minutes does it take, from sign-up to a running server?
We don't chase the "full stack"—we focus on doing one thing exceptionally well: building predictable, controllable, and transparently priced infrastructure around the cloud server. Everything else, we leave to better-suited partners.
The essence of the cloud is making the uncertain certain. We want DGN Cloud to not be a vendor you think about every day, but the layer you can safely forget.
Our priorities when we make choices
Reliability Above All
Between "works but flaky" and "doesn't work," we consider the former worse. Every release is rehearsed first.
Transparent Billing & Status
Every charge is an auditable ledger entry, and statements are downloadable. Customers should be able to explain every dollar on the bill.
Backstage Is the Product
Console, API, docs, ticket system—every touchpoint a customer has with us is a product.
Stand Together With Customers
When production incidents hit, we're at the console with you. It's not a vendor relationship—it's one engineering team.
From racks,
to the cloud.
Started in Hong Kong, racks and bandwidth
DGN began as a Hong Kong IDC business—colocation, bandwidth, and hands-on operation of physical servers, accumulating years of real data-center experience.
Hong Kong zone goes live
As customers moved to the cloud, we turned IDC experience into a self-serve cloud platform—a Hong Kong zone with a console and public API built in-house.
Centered on the cloud server, expanding steadily
Cloud servers, disks, elastic IPs, and shared packages keep evolving—and new regions will come when we can run them to our own reliability bar.
Hong Kong
A Hong Kong zone today, managed from one console and API—more regions when they meet our reliability bar.
