How does billing work?
Prepaid wallet: top up first, then resources deduct from the balance. Hourly resources bill per hour of use; monthly resources renew each cycle, with email reminders before expiry and a grace period after.
Can I resize an instance later?
Yes. Resize from the console — the price difference is settled proratedly against the remaining cycle, so you never pay twice for the same period.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Sign-up is free with no card required — you only top up the wallet when you're ready to create resources.
Does billing stop when I release a resource?
Released resources stop generating new charges. Resources you keep (like an unbound elastic IP or a detached disk) continue to bill by their own rules — everything is visible in the billing records.
