Will the actual bill match the prices listed here?
Yes. All public prices are the actual billing unit prices, billed by exact seconds of usage. Monthly bills show every billing record and matching amount, with downloadable details for reconciliation.
Can I change instance specs during a savings plan?
Yes. A savings plan commits to "amount" rather than a specific spec — you can upgrade/downgrade freely during the term as long as total usage meets the commitment.
Do you support monthly settlement or invoicing?
Yes. Enterprise customers can sign monthly settlement contracts; we offer 13% VAT special invoices or 6% general invoices, with e-signature and reconciliation support.
Is there a free trial or credit?
